Doesn't compile on Fedora/Red Hat #2
Description
The c-client headers in Fedora/Red Hat are saved in imap/c-client.h instead of c-client/c-client.h. Because of this Gmailcc does not compile on Fedora/Red Hat without having to change this manually in the source code.
