request for anon project access on tools lab for @editsnats

It seems like there's no anon instance for the French parliement yet! I've started to put together a list of IPs. I've created the bot account (https://twitter.com/editsnats) and successfully tested the config file and twitter app configuration locally.

I'm happy to be the maintainer of this bot, I have made the list of IPs open-source. Hopefully french people on the tweetosphere pick it up and help me keep it correct :) https://github.com/fouronnes/editions-nationales-config

Could I get access to the toolsadmin project? (username: Editions-nationales-bot).

Bonus question: how do you suggest I proceed to keep the config file open-source without committing the API keys? any git tips?
