Move to ember-cli org?

Should we move this repo to the ember-cli org? Seems like it is becoming critical infrastructure.

Sure, would make adding contributors easier. Your call.

Moving things into community ownership implies that we intend to take care of them and sends a different signal about the compatibility we intend to have with them. I hesitate to imply that guarantee when I want to move away from CJS eventually.

The caveat in this case is that the people who are maintaining it are approximately all core team members or LI so there's minimal change in reality.

We need to discuss at next week's CLI team meeting before confirm/deny.
