Comment line after Sequence gets error

Attached file gives error (Error: mismatched input 'webMethods' expecting NEWLINE at line: 8 column: 4), but if a newline is inserted after the comment line, error goes away.

Didn't go into the details of the grammar yet, but I think the issue is somewhere with the sequenceBlock starting off with a : NEWLINE but COMMENT skips its trailing newline.
