If one were to try to patch the SmartCopy extension, one would first need to clone the repo and build the extension, then load it into a browser to test it.

Obviously multiple people have succeeded in doing that.

For those who have never built an extension before, it would be nice to have an INSTALL.md document that went through the steps for us, so that we can skip some of the trial-and-error that goes before one can contribute effectively.

We could definitely use a few hands :)
But for now, we'll just on the roll of adding new features - especially with @pquenee work
