Recognise RBL problems #3
Description
A failing RBL check can cause MX to take extra long when opening a connection. This needs to be mentioned in the trouble shooting manual (as well as DNS mis-configuration).
Possibly also add some code that will write an error message to the log file.OPCOM if it cannot resolve or properly connect. It is a real pain.
