Hi guys,
Since this project isn't maintained anymore, I've decided to make some changes and publish it as another package.
I have contributed to this project in the past, I updated the code from React.createClass to ES6 classes a few years ago... Now would be the time to convert everything again to hooks and that's why I decided to break this chain with React, as it is easily integrated.
Now the package is agnostic to framework. https://github.com/arojunior/javascript-search-input
Feel free to contribute there, I will be happy merging your PR's.
