Correcting mRID mismatch in BaseVoltage CommonData with master Energy Reference Data identifiers

The example CommonData dataset (merged and unmerged version) that ReliCapGrid relies on does not make reference to the right identifiers at least for BaseVoltage classes definitions.

The master identifiers are defined in the public list of ReferenceData in the Energy Reference Data webpage.

Please, correct the mRIDs used in ReliCapGrid CommonData dataset and use instead the ones defined in Energy Reference Data.

An example:

• The BaseVoltage 132 kV (AC) is defined in ReliCapGrid as follows:
  • <cim:BaseVoltage rdf:ID="_0753bbfb-6f92-863c-67b6-5bee9d3f96d1">
    cim:BaseVoltage.nominalVoltage132</cim:BaseVoltage.nominalVoltage>
    ...
• Instead, such BaseVoltage 132 kV (AC) should be using the mRID taken from Energy Reference Data: 4bd4054c530445289e31df0770d1c939
