Improve styling in workflow #5
Description
- The field should have the options to dropdown and show it's contents i.e. not Contribution +
- Open should be inline with the field itself
- "Open" should be changed to a + when options are hidden and - when it's unhidden
- Selection menu needs to be absolute in positioning (possibly wrapped in a relative div) so it doesn't take up space
- Remove bold from font of field choices
