Warn user when the app has been updated #33
Description
As a web browser user,
I want to be warned when the app has been updated,
So I can refresh the page and enjoy the new features.
This happens to Todoist (an amazing Todo list app)... I keep it open in my browser, and sometimes it's there for days. Todoist warns me that an updated is available, and I should refresh the page the have it working.
