BUG: Does not allow going to next line after a single line comment

The application works fine but it does not allow the user to go to the next line. I tried to see what is issue but do not much experience with C# so cannot raise a PR.

• Suspected problem could be the following code, all the other LanguageRule has [0] => in the Dict but it has [1] just guessing
