[Large diff] Keep large diff visible after staging #2513

@goulvench

Description

@goulvench

When working with a large diff, every time I stage or discard the changes from a chunk, the view reverts to "Large diffs are not rendered by default" and I lose the line/context. Which is especially disrupting since the diff is quite large indeed (7.000+ lines) and I need to scroll back to where I was.

I understand the performance issue, though my work laptop should be able to handle this kind of diffs, and scrolls through the diff without any sign of lag.
After clicking "Load diff" it would seem logical to keep the diff visible, even after staging/discarding chunks, or switching between files or back and forth between apps.

It would be handy if dismissing the Large diff warning lasted at least 10 minutes.

Fork version: 2.58.0 on MacOS Sequoia 15.7.2.

Thanks!
