"autoconfig" mode #4
Description
If scmp-confine is launched with argv[0] without slashes and not containing scmp-confine, then use argv[0] as a target binary to use and imply -config /etc/scmp-confine/binary_name.
Inspired by firejail and implemented by scmp-confine-w script for the old scmp-confine implementation (https://github.com/foxcpp/secutils/tree/master/scmp-confine-w).
