Linking to the Github and update warnings

It would probably be useful to provide a direct link to Github from the help tab so users can report issues quicker. And with that, it might also be good for the mod manager to make checks for the latest releases to inform its users of new updates.

I'll implement the first half of this in 0.5.0, but the rest of it will happen in a later version. Specifically, it'll check if there's a new version of the mod available on the workshop by checking last updated dates. Additionally, I'll keep mod info in the modlist for mods that are no longer available, however it will be indicated in the UI they're no longer available on the workshop.
