A Mod Category Check for 'Obsolete' Mods

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Their are many SE workshop mods in which the mod author has marked a mod as obsolete, but not de listed or deleted them.

Currently SEMM will add any mod on workshop regardless of the state of the mod (Obsolete, abandoned, In-compatible, etc).

Describe the solution you'd like
It might be a nice feature to either have SEMM omit these (low hanging fruit) tagged mods by default and/or have a program import setting that toggles this behavior on or off (or override).

Describe alternatives you've considered
It might even be beneficial to add a 'Last Updated' Import Blacklist behavior,

Ex. Do not import any mods more then x amount of years old, like an age limit.

I'll consider adding this in the future by creating a setting in SEMM where the user can toggle allowing/disallowing mods tagged obsolete, but for now I'm going to allow them. It's impossible to predict how someone may want to use SEMM, and maybe they have a good reason for adding obsolete mods.
