[BUG] Excessively long User Named Modlist and Mod Profiles Crash Program.

Describe the bug
Excessively long names are allowed for Mod-profiles and Mod-list and will cause program freezes.

To Reproduce
Completely Fresh Un-configured SEMM
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Manage Mod List
2. Create New
3. Copy the Contents Of this Text File BigrandomNumber.txt and paste it into the input field.
4. Click Ok
5. Select the Profile In UI
6. Click Copy.
7. Program will freeze, requires task manager to exit.

Their really should never be any open input field a user can interact with, that doesn't have field sanitation and length sanity checks. Lacking it just opens up a lot of dumb issues, while maybe not common, but still likely to occur in the wild. Better safe then sorry.

I also added a limit to the length of displayed messages in the log. That text truncation utility I wrote to fix the bug with long names in the dropdown menus is sure coming in handy.

Their is improvement in Most List Manager Behavior, it starts to slow down, and use a lot of memory, but doesn't crash.

However, Manage SE Saves Menu has a complete program Freeze/lockup, if you create an excessive name, and attempt to copy it.
