[BUG] Long strings of numbers will cause 'Mod.Io URL or ID' import to hang for a really long time.

Describe the bug
When using my excessively long string of numbers test, the Mod.io URL or ID import will accept it, and get stuck processing it for over 10 mins before I got sick of waiting for it.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Add Mods From
2. Mod.IO
3. Copy and paste the contents of this text file BigrandomNumber.txt into the ID or URL input.
4. Watch it start processing, with no ability to stop or interact with the program
5. Get bored, and close it.

Expected behavior
Either the program rejects the bad input, or times out of the process after a reasonable amount of time.
