Stutter at end of video file #11
Description
Seems to stutter at the end of my videos. It runs fine inside of Quicktime Player on loop.
Essentially it gets to the end of the video and kind of oscillates between frames from the very end and from a few frames previous. Anyone else notice this behavior? OF .98, vids exported from Premiere CS6 with HAP ALPHA
