Support NATS Jetstream

NATS Jestream is persistent message queue, acts similar to Apache Kafka. Currently Dozer doesn't support NATS Jetstream.

Support NATS Jetstream.

Additional context
NATS Jetstream also provides key-value and blob storage interfaces, may be used.
