Monthly Content Review Process for MS Learn Repository #223

@rmallorybpc

Description

@rmallorybpc

Create a process to review and aggregate content feedback every month in this repository. The review should:

  • Aggregate and categorize feedback from issues and user reports into at least these categories: Grammar/Spelling, Deprecated Content, Suggested Updates, and Other. Each category should include a count of issues for the month, and the report should include direct links to a representative or notable issue per category.
  • For the November 2025 cycle, the following counts were observed (subject to pagination limits):
    • Grammar/Spelling: 0
    • Deprecated/Potentially Outdated Content: 9 (148, 188, 182, 120, 145, 142, 147, 146, 133)
    • Suggested Content Updates: 43 (see issues like 211, 155, 158, 156)
    • Other (Support/Ambiguous/Process): 11 (218, 205, 119, 198)
    • Placeholders (Template-Incomplete, not a core metric but helpful): 29 (222, 221, 220)
      For a more complete list, see previous summary and the report in /reports/monthly-report-2025-11.md.
  • Recommend specific module updates or process improvements based on findings (such as enforcing template use, or prioritizing large clusters of similar requests).
  • Include a plan for posting a summary report (including instructions for setting up a GitHub Action to generate a markdown report in /reports/monthly-report-YYYY-MM.md and post a summary comment on this meta issue every month).
  • Refer to the initial report generated on 2025-11-13 for guidance on current gaps (see conversation notes).
