RFE: Configurable Syntax Highlighting

Syntax highlighting should be configurable. For example, some of us prefer blue for keywords, rather than purpose. Highlighting preferences should be stored in the session and also be exportable/importable (via a human-readable format like XML or JSON). In that vein, pre-baked themes would also be interesting.
