Contribution Areas and Onboarding Questions for XRBlocks

Hi team, I’ve been exploring the XRBlocks repository and examples this week, and I’m very excited and love the vision of enabling rapid AI + XR prototyping on the web.I noticed the repo is still very fresh and doesn’t yet have open issues or a CONTRIBUTING guide, so before jumping in with features, I wanted to open this thread to understand how external contributors can best align with your roadmap.

I’d love to start contributing in a way that genuinely helps the core team and aligns with the long-term direction of XRBlocks.

Thanks for your interest. We have a CONTRIBUTING.md which links to the Google CLA.

We're happy to take new samples, tools for Gemini to call, new interaction primitives. Our roadmap right now is building cool XR samples with Gemini Live.

We are happy to take new samples and when appropriate, we'd like to take SDK addition as well (yet, we suggest adding new samples then propose to change SDK :)

Only EAP developers have access to Android XR devices so far, but most of our samples today work in desktop and many of them work on mobile phone / Quest. Thank you for your contribution!
