JQuery error on save content type

Here is where I think this bug is:

In the contentTypeDetailView _handleSuccessfulModelSave there is a call to 'collapseAccordion' which uses some jquery plugin to open and close the accordions on the page. The idea was that after saving a contentType all the accordions should collapse. If you happened to click 'saveAndClose' then this method will have the 'close' property true in the arguments it receives. Which will subsequently navigate the user back to the content type index view.

What I suspect is happening, is that the navigation is much faster than the jquery plugins code business to collapse any accordions. So by the time the jquery plugin fires those accordions are no longer in the DOM.

A quick way to fix this would be to move the call to this.collapseAccordions into the else block of the options.close check. This way the collapsing will only fire if you clicked 'save' and not 'saveAndClose'
