Update the templating so that the user can pick from multiple choices #22
Description
The current template is simple and helpful, but it is not one used by us internally, we should add in a second template that is more complex and can be used internally.
Also, as part of this we should switch over to one of the simpler scaffolding template generators... e.g. Khaos: https://github.com/segmentio/khaos
In the long term templates should just be github repos you can point to.
