Live updates from twitter feed

Following #3, it would be even more useful to detect any recent (<24 hours ago, or maybe less) tweets and post them on the front page, or as a notification flash throughout all pages.

Greg, please update the wiferry.ca which is used by many WI folks and friends daily. Someone already mentioned that cam#57 on Marysville dock is now operational. However the Twitter (X) doesn't indicate newer/newest live feeds from Wolfe Islander IV. This would be so helpful getting the latest feed for ferry travellers. Thanks so much! -- JudyVH
