Hidden Effects not applied when "Restore Everything Back" clicked

Problem

Hidden Effects cannot be turned back on once turned off. "Select All", and clicking on each individual effect, as well as toggling on and off the "Disable Hidden Effects" switch do not change Effect status.

I noticed this behavior when attempting to turn Effects back on, as having textures off crashes CaptureAge.

After playing around with this some more, it seems like effects can only be updated if "Run as Admin" is selected in SenseiDE.
