Permission not adding right after tier upgrade #708
Description
When the player creates a guild they dont get the permissions right away from the tier.yml. they have to leave and rejoin for it to show in luckperms.
when the guild levels up its tier the members get the permission right away
The player has to leave and rejoin to get the permission
