hackAIR-PSoC mobile. iphone app not receiving measurements from sensor

I built the hackAIR mobile-PSoC yesterday, but I could not get the sensor to send measurements.
I have followed the instructions and video in this web. http://www.hackair.eu/hackair-mobile/
I am using an iphone. Bluetooth is connected in iPhone.

Problem description
I donwloaded the iphone app, registered and logged in.
I added a new mobile sensor [name, type=mobile] in my profile - sensors. Then, I press 'Send hackAIR mobile measurements'.
I then select the mobile sensor created in the previous step. The app start looking for [waiting] the sensor measurements but it does not receive any measurements in a period of more than 5 minutes.
I tried rebooting and reflashing and the same problem.
I also tried a second iphone and different hackair account and the same problem occurs.

I have double-checked all the wire connections with a continuity tester and are fine. I have ensured all the correct ports are connected per instructions.
The led in the sensor sds011 is flashing and I can hear the fan. The sensor sds011 is working ok in the lufdaten sensor application. So, I do not think there is a problem with sds011.

Any help to troubleshoot this would be much appreciated.

PSoC Programmer 3.28 used from the Cypress web.

The flashing of the firmware seems to be correct, per image below.

I have the same exact problem, except I am not sure if actually connected to bluetooth.
