First connections from VSCode to device can fail #28
Description
With 0.3.6, turn on the DS WiFi in the device.
Now attempt a connection from VSCode.
In 0.3.6 all saved ip:port options are tried but no connection is established.
Tap the WiFi icon in DS a couple times to ensure it's really active.
The next connection is successful.
It's possible that the DS WebSocket server is "sluggish" if it hasn't been used for a while, and my connection timeout of 1600ms isn't adequate for these first connections - though on subsequent connections it works great.
I'm posting this here to advise of the condition but I'll look more closely and come back to this.
I might try a "smart reconnect" that increases the timeout just for a second attempt if VS has just been restarted and the first attempts timeout.
