VSCode doesn't always know when it's not connected

Connect from VSCode to the DS device.
Now reload DS and "somehow" disconnect the WiFi from the device side.

VSCode still shows "Connected" in the status bar, but the Projects treeview does show the Connect button.

The statusbar needs to be updated when there is any indication of a status change in the connection.
