When VSCode first opens, should it try to autoconnect? #37

When a DS project is opened (recognized with .dsproj, should the extension attempt to auto-Connect to previously configured endpoints?
I'm not sure so I'm looking for opinions.
I'm thinking about a user/workspace setting to try an droidscript-code.autoConnect, separate from the recently added droidscript-code.autoReconnect setting. The expected usage would be for us to turn on the DS wifi, then open the VSCode project, and have it autoconnect to the device.
Right now this will save literally just one click on the bottom status bar, but it might be a nice convenience.
