SDR++ Build Fails - Cant Find libhydrasdr

• SDR: Local USB

Software

• Operating System: OpenSUSE Tumbleweed
• SDR++: Nightly from this repo

Bug Description
I've build the host tools using the manual steps and can see the library at /usr/local/bin but the build process for SDR++ doesn't find it. I presume there is an issue with a missing pkgconfig but I'm not super familiar with C.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Build & Install the host tools locally from source
2. Follow the build instructions from SDR++ and it will fail.

OpenSUSE Tumbleweed isn't currently supported in our SDR++ fork, but we'd welcome a contribution to add it !
If you're familiar with Tumbleweed and GitHub Actions, please check our CI/CD workflow and consider adding build support for it.

I ran into this and solved it with
sudo ln -s /usr/local/lib/pkgconfig/libhydrasdr.pc /usr/lib/pkgconfig/libhydrasdr.pc
libhydrasdr winds up in /usr/local/lib/pkgconfig, while pkg-config is only looking in /usr/lib. Alternatively, you could probably solve this with a change to your PKG_CONFIG_PATH envvar.

For some reason the link wasn't enough on my system but setting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH to the installed location seems to fix the issue.

Could you provide full details to fix that for OpenSUSE Tumbleweed (or maybe add OpenSUSE Tumbleweed support in a PR) ?
