fscanf equivalent? #100
Description
It appears to me that physfs lacks an analogue to fscanf, which I need for reading the level data files in Terminal Velocity. (It has heavy use of fscanf).
Looks like someone made an ancient attempt, but it was in C++... https://icculus.org/pipermail/physfs/2003-February/000148.html
This seems to me a reasonable thing to have, as we have tell and analogues to other standard file io functions like seek.
Also, fgetc/ungetc would also be nice to have, but the biggest thing, is I need a compliant fscanf that works with physfs.
