Feature request - user configurable settings for track guidelines

Hi,

We wanted to ask whether users settings can be added to the track so users can configure (turn on/off) track guidelines added to the track?
Additionally, can labels be added (not user defined labels, but as part of track settings) to each guideline so user can understand what it represents?
