SQM类插件，选择pppoe时，下行控制失效

我在使用sqm时，或者类似的插件，接口选择pppoe时，下行控制失效。选择对应物理接口eth*正常
找插件作者反应过，同类问题在更换op后消失。
24.10.*至最新的快照版都一样

   配置没什么看的，全默认，就填了下上下行数值，选择pppoe或者eth0。debug日志在这个讨论中有。

我又仔细看了下qosmate引导到论坛上的那条类似问题的讨论，那人似乎和我的问题还是有点不一样。

他不是用的pppoe，是直接使用eth0。他的l3_device 是eth0。
虽然他的错误提示一样，症状一样(下行控制失效，上行控制正常)，最后更换op解决。

我使用pppoe-wan接口的话，下行千兆只能跑500左右，使用eth接口就正常，貌似使用pppoe-wan接口会特别消耗CPU

可以试试去掉 kmod-nf-nathelper-extra

这个之前看源码更新说会影响网络，就没有在编译进去，但是症状依然如上所说，我以为是我CPU不行，cpu是RK3568

可以试试去掉 kmod-nf-nathelper-extra

经测试，无效。全新固件快照版6.12.54内核，没有任何qos类插件。还是同样的报错
