Description
Participant management and contribution tracking are handled separately from the Outreach Dashboard. This creates gaps in visibility and requires manual cross-checking. Integrating the judging/review UI with the Outreach Dashboard will enable real-time synchronization of participant usernames and live tracking of their contributions.
Proposed Solution
Implement UI-level integration with the Outreach Dashboard to:
Automatically sync participant usernames from Outreach programs
Display linked participant profiles within the review/judging UI
Track and update contributions (uploads, edits, submissions) in near real time
