Wordpress version 6.1.0 broken - Menus API

The current version of Wordpress that you use: 6.1.0 is broken. The menus API doesn't seem to work.

Works on is_front_page and is_post_type_archive for me but not on is_category pages for me.
On the is_category pages I get an empty menu. (I var_dumped it)

Edit: I had a pre_get_posts, which was affecting this. False positive.
