Set focus after dialog cancels

Determined if there's a consistent behavior for when canceling dialogs, such as returning focus to the item that had focus before the dialog opened. Or perhaps there may be exceptions.

In Quick Notes, if canceling from a delete dialog, it should return to the delete button, I would suppose?

Note: When the dialog is closed or cancelled focus should return to the element in the application which had focus before the dialog is invoked. This is usually the control which opened the dialog.
