Custom sizes dropdown menu not showing

Hello there. Thank you for this very useful plugin!

I just came across one thing that would save me time if it was working. With your custom media uploader we are missing the Attachments Display Settings which could be useful to upload directly a media and having it resize already. I tried to make some changes to the code after reading this article with no luck:
