cda.xsl question

Is there a way to filter out xml data [section/component] inside the cda.xsl based upon 

`<templateId root="2.16.840.1.113883.10.20.22.2.65"/>`

or 

`<code code="18326-0" codeSystem="2.98.840.1.113883.6.1" codeSystemName="ABCDE" displayName="Diagnostic Reports"/>`

??
