[FEATURE] Add support for custom annotations/labels to generated resources

Currently when an MCPServer resource is declared, it generates a deployment and service account. It would be nice if annotations/labels on that MCPServer resource propagated to the other created resources (service account especially to enable using workload identity federation in GKE to provide GCP permissions to the MCP)

I would be open to helping contribute on this.
