Thank you for your valuable contributions to zebrafish research. I am currently working with your code and noticed a reference to a file named MI_raw_Info.npy in the main.py script.

df_info= pd.read_csv('{}MI_raw_info.npy'.format(data_dir))

However, I am unable to locate this file in the provided materials.

Could you kindly provide guidance on where I might find this file or how to generate it? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Yiwei,

Sorry for the typo. The name of the input file should be "NT650_info.csv", which is in the zenodo repo and you can download it. The typo was fixed and code should be updated.

I wanted to reach out regarding another issue I’ve encountered with the file "NT650_MI_data.npy.zip" on Zenodo. When I try to unzip the file, my system shows an error message indicating it’s "damaged". I’ve tried using multiple unzip tools and even re-downloaded the file, but the problem persists.

Could there be an issue with the file’s integrity, or perhaps a specific format/setting I need to adjust? I’d really appreciate any guidance you could offer.

Mine is Win10. It shows this:

Seems windows didn't like the mac zipped files. I've updated the Zenodo repo with unzipped files (updated repo is v2 10.5281/zenodo.15107536). Apologies for the inconvenience.
