Dear Dr. Sina Ghandian,

I'm working on tau pathology and came across your 2024 publication
"Learning precise segmentation of neurofibrillary tangles from rapid manual point annotations". Would you be willing to share the pre-trained model weights described in your paper? I'm particularly interested in Segmentation Model (UNet + ResNet50 encoder).

Hi @Sethupathiraj03042000 and @mjke, thanks for raising this issue. The UNet model weights were too large to push directly to the repo, so we planned on including them in a GitHub release; we have just done this here. Please let us know if you have any further issues.
