Broken links in documentation

Hey, first of all, thanks for the work on this amazing plugin, it's a major part of my workflow.

I'm reporting an issue because the documentation link both for GitHub itself, but also the readme.md, currently leads to a broken page. The latter I could fix in a PR, but the former requires a setting in GitHub itself somewhere.
