duplicate consistent class declaration

A class C should be able to be mentioned in multiple static diagrams so long as their descriptions are consistent. For example, one diagram might contain a full interface declaration whereas another might only mention the class so as to summarize some of the relations in which it participates. I'm not proposing open classes, but only the ability to restate, in a consistent fashion, already specified relations.
