Curved paths on score board UI

Using a table for each 5-hole segment, I have the following:

I'm hoping for a relatively pain-free solution which looks reasonable and maintains the path width, etc. It doesn't have to follow the real curvature (which isn't quite a semi-circle in either case) exactly. Ideally extending the existing implementation instead of something new from scratch.
