Percolator subset-max-train Flag #86

Hello,
Just passing on a problem I'd hit with rescoring. I'd found some strange behaviour using Percolator with the --subset-max-train flag and I've seen --subset-max-train in the Prosit web server Percolator output as well. This is the original issue:
So you may wish to remove the flag.
