This repository has been abandoned for years now, and the one offered here isn't compatible with newer versions of Raspberry Pi OS. A newer and actively maintained version can be found at https://github.com/JaapvanEkris/openrowingmonitor

Ah thank you for that. Yes-I've attempted install from https://github.com/JaapvanEkris/openrowingmonitor/blob/main/docs/installation.md#software-installation

But have accidentally posted my issue here.

I will retry install and post error in the correct repository discussions.
