[RFE]Add Azure Entra ID Support for connecting to Azure as provider #627

Openshift lightspeed needs to support Azure Entra ID as a authentication option to connect to Azure OpenAI. This is a existing feature for current customers and we would need to have this support to apopt l-stack.
