Telephone number not transferred to PayPal

The customer is asked to give telephone number on the webstore Checkout page along with other info. When going to PayPal site his first name, last name, address and email is transferred into the PayPal fields. Not the telephonenumber which is a required field, resulting in a error (that is easily fixed, but still annoying)

This is when you pay as a guest with a credit card, not when you are logged in on your PayPal account.

This bug has been logged in our bug tracking system as WS-1135 Guest checkout does not record phone number in customer record, affects Paypal. At this time this bug has not been completed.
